One day - Many identities

World Sound Healing Day was this Sunday along with Valentine's Day. This is a very special day for the past 8 years that groups of people get together around the world and project planetary peace and harmony through sacred sounds, like the 'HA' sound.

In Athens for this special day there was a get together at Essence Human Space where I attended and had a wonderful experience. We started with a half an hour tuning with the 'HA' sound and continued with an Osho Kundalini Meditation, remember my paranoia moment of my inner dialogue I was telling you about? Osho Kundalini is a very easy-to-do active meditation that "acts like an energetic shower, softly shaking you free of your day and leaving you refreshed and mellow". At that point of mellow is when my mind insisted of interrupting my relaxation.

Visit Osho's site to read more about the Kundalini meditation process step-by-step or about other meditations.

Also you can hear the sacred sounds, like 'HA' or 'OM', here (press ENTER twice and choose a sound) and read more about sound healing here and here.

The World Sound Healing Day at Essence Human Space finished with a percussions live, which unfortunately didn't stay to 'see' because this Sunday was also the last day of the carnival and I had some serious dressing up to do. Hope you all had a wonderful 3-day weekend! Did any of you (my Greek readers) flew the kite?
